1. We lose time worrying about lost time; at least I do. The feeling that I do not have enough time freezes me, shuts me down. A defining characteristic of contemporary life is the perpetual anxiety over lost time; the inability to enjoy time. It is variation or form of anhedonia, which is the inability to feel pleasure.
