  1. Moral philosophy has one goal, which is the same goal as art: to open your eyes.
  2. Too often, art is held to the standards of ethical theory; it should be the other way around.
  3. It is an act of nihilistic or negative faith to believe that Being can not-be.
  4. Language looks. Sharpen language to sharpen sight.
  5. I want to build heaven in my soul so that I don’t need to find it when I die.
  6. Does Time end when we die? Or are we simply freed from Time — like a satellite that slips out of earths gravity and spins into space?
  7. Rule followers are pawns. Knights, bishops, rooks, are rule benders. Kings are rule breakers. Queens never bothered to learn the rules.
